DELIVERY

REALVII delivers in Belgium and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. In case of delay or loss related to the carrier, REALVII cannot be held responsible.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with European law, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.
Products must be returned in new condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted if:

- Items have not been worn, washed, or damaged.

- The tag is still attached.
